Conflict of Interest Policy

Scitech Group Journals preserve the trust of our authors, reviewers, editors, and readers, we require all participants in the publishing process to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence the objectivity, impartiality, or fairness of a submitted manuscript or editorial decision.

Conflict of Interest

• Financial interests: Funding, grants, employment, stock ownership, royalties, paid consultancies, or patents.

• Academic or professional relationships: Collaborations, mentorships, or competitive rivalries.

• Personal relationships: Family, friends, or close associates who may benefit from the publication outcome.

• Institutional affiliations: Any organizational ties that could be perceived as influencing impartial decisions.

Responsibilities of Authors

• Authors must disclose all relevant conflicts of interest when submitting manuscripts.

• Any funding sources, financial support, or affiliations must be clearly acknowledged.

• If no conflicts exist, authors should explicitly state this in their submission.

Responsibilities of Editors

• Editors must recuse themselves from handling a manuscript if they have a competing interest with the authors or research.

• Editorial decisions must be based solely on the scientific merit, originality, and relevance of the work.

• Editors are expected to avoid favoritism, bias, or undue influence.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

• Reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest before accepting an invitation to review.

• If a conflict is identified after accepting, reviewers should promptly inform the editorial office and withdraw from the review process.

• Reviews must be objective, constructive, and free from personal or competitive bias.

Transparency in Publication
