Hypoglycemia

Hypoglycemia refers to an abnormally low level of glucose (sugar) in the blood, typically defined as a blood glucose level below 70 mg/dL (3.9 mmol/L). Glucose is the body's primary source of energy, especially for the brain, which relies heavily on a constant supply. When blood sugar levels drop too low, it can cause a range of symptoms and, if severe, may lead to serious complications
